Raising the level of effectiveness by leading with a Sales Mindset: Organizations will experience a shift in the ability to influence and empower those they lead to identify and solve problems for their clients, increase sales and leadership skills, and achieve greater results. We will provide a full-day workshop that will teach participants powerful skills to dramatically improve their sales influence leading to greater results for customers, clients and companies. At the end of this training, participants will understand the importance of attitude on the sales mindset. They will have learned the types of sales processes, be better prepared and equipped to close a sale, be able to identify the correct prospects, have a better understanding of warm and cold sales calls, and exhibit the skills of active listening.
Ongoing Sales Training -Level one
Raising the level of effectiveness by leading with a Sales Mindset: Your team will experience a shift in their ability to influence to identify and solve problems for their clients, increase sales and leadership skills, and achieve greater results. We will provide a 10-week (90-minute) ongoing sales training. We offer flexibility to expand sessions from 10 weeks to five weeks and longer sessions. At the completion of the program, participants will be presented with a certificate. Selling requires influence, and participants will be equipped with the skills needed to improve sales results. They will learn how to
effectively serve others through selling,
have the right posture, mindset, and attitude throughout the sales process,
develop relationships vs making transactions,
master the sales conversation and present products, services, and programs with confidence.
Ongoing Sales Training -Advanced level
As your team advances in their leadership influence, this workshop will elevate their level of effectiveness in driving consistent sales results. We will provide an additional 10-week ongoing training. Participants will be equipped with the skills needed to continue to improve sales results. They will learn how to
track and measure their success,
overcome common objections,
incorporate marketing strategies to stay top of mind during the buying cycle,
build long term relationships after the sale, and
ask for referrals and repeat business.
Upon completion of the training, participants will have the advanced knowledge and skills to effectively to create lifetime customers. They each will be presented with a certificate of completion.
One to One coaching
Offering personalized coaching to create change is ideal for team members who are struggling and deserves individual help. We evaluate their assessments and meet them where they are. Coaching begins with an orientation, a welcome packet so they’ll know and agree to mutual expectations, and continues bi-monthly for a minimum of three months. An honest conversation occurs in the first three months with a progress report completed by the coachee, their direct supervisor and the coach. The decision on next steps occurs. Coaching is typically facilitated on the phone for one hour.
